Returns & Exchanges

At UPERFECT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your monitor or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at help@uperfectmonitor.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all cables and accessories, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
